I first set up business in a town called Kesh in Co.Fermanagh,
I owned a small diner and bakery there for over 15 years.

2 years ago in 2003 I closed the business in Kesh and set up a bakery in Enniskillen,
This time I decided to only focus on selling wedding and birthday cakes.
